Shipping Policy

You will receive a shipping confirmation w/ tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your package. 

Due to COVID-19 shipping times cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your patience.

All packages will be shipped through USPS.

We are not responsible for any packages once shipped.

You must contact the carrier USPS with any questions regarding your shipment if lost/stolen.

 

Return Policy

We do not except returns but will make exceptions for any products that are damaged upon receiving.

Any damages or missing items MUST be reported within 7 days.

Please send an email to info@nbeautycosmetics.com including name, order #, and a picture of the damages.

Any damages acquired while using products DO NOT qualify for return.
